Had a cement slab installed installed after a hot tub company recommended him. The surface is pitched so that the water now drains against the house. Joe admitted that he did a messy job and told the The hot tub company you have to break a lot of eggs when you make an omelet. Surface is different colors, and the entire surface is uneven. Only way to fix is to remove and repour. Cent was left all over pavement, windows and sides of house.

Joe knows the houses in this neighborhood better than anyone. Hes done both interior and exterior concrete work for us. He communicates and does great work.

First and foremost, if I could have given zero stars, I would have. First off, Joe's crew knocked a hole in the side of my house, tore a window screen wide open, and never even said anything to me. The part that angers me the most is that they cemented a screen in under the drain which is now blocked and won't allow for water to drain. When I asked him to come and remove the screen, he gave me attitude... He finally agreed to come and remove it, I took time off of work to be there and he didn't show. He called AN HOUR AND A HALF after he was supposed to be there to tell me he wasn't coming. Joe has a really terrible attitude and no idea what customer service is. Honestly, he's terrible, he just wants your money and won't back his work (which is already cracking). Do yourself a favor and go with anyone besides Joe. You'll be doing yourself a huge favor and you'll thank me in the long run. He's just a shady contractor, shocking, right?
