Starbucks

quite honestly the sizes makes no sense and i am very disapointed...... why me this is so trrrible why is this like thiis......i cant dothis everytime i try to order i almost cry and i shake because i caannott order the sizes..... pls help i love to laugh and i no longer can for the reaespn is starbuck..

I did a Uber eats order and I requested for a banana to be added to my frap. Well, Susie from this location gave me a call to advise me that they did not have any bananas to add. She offered to upgrade my drink or throw in a dessert. I asked for my drink to be upgraded and when my order arrived, not only was my drink upgraded but she also provided me a dessert. Thank you to this sweet employee I had to call back and thank her. Happy Sunday

Employees were rude to me I was just trying to pick up my Uber eats order for a customer and nobody helped. Soon as a guy stood next to me they asked him but never asked me what I was waiting for. Then while Im leaving the girls were stating that I was staring at them. Yes I was cause Im trying to see if anybody is going to ask can they help me I would never shop here if I were people.

I love the ambiance and the feel of this Starbucks. The servers are kind and say hello. But since the pandemic, this Starbucks is dirty. I don't think it is cleaned daily. I see too many mouse dropping. I understand once in a while, but now all I have to do is look down and I will find some droppings. Even though I love this location and the quaint neighborhood, if I continue to see mouse droppings then I will find somewhere else.
