I used this service for a deep clean. They were on time did a good job. Today, I was supposed to get another cleaning and they didn’t show up. When I texted at 1:30, 2:30 and then called at 3:15 when they were 2 hours late I was chastised for calling and texting them. They never called or texted to say they weren’t coming, apologized for not showing up and were quite unapologetic on the phone. I understand that things happen. That’s fine. What is not okay is when the service doesn’t have the common courtesy to say they will be late or not show up at all. I’m having houseguests this weekend and I was relying on XoressMaids to clean my apt. If you are planning a party or clean up for a major event, I would hesitate to use this company as they didn’t provide a heads up they would be late, didn’t show up, explain why or care to apologize. Things happen. It’s how you handle it and treat your customers that makes the difference. Never again. Service: Deep clean

Wanna thank Xpress Maids for cleaning my house. As I was so busy because of the office work that’s why couldn’t clean. Found Xpress Maids online and hired them. Thankfully, they did the cleaning efficiently.👍

Xpress Maids is totally worth hiring. I was on a vacation; I was so tired that’s why couldn’t clean my house. I searched online and hired them. The guys are cleaning pro. Highly highly recommended!!👍
