DNG Complete Home

We had our chimney repointed when we moved into our home 3 years ago. With inclement weather we were in need of having it done over. Especially after water begin seeping into one of our bathroom walls. We called DNG after reading about them on Thumbtack and Next Door - they were responsive and came when expected. More so, we already had in mind that we needed to apply water repellent this time around, and before we could mention it, the rep suggested we add it. All costs were reasonable and the workmen were professional and courteous. At some point we may rebuild the chimney to be a working one,; if we do, we will definitely reach out to DNG. Thanks guys!

All I can say is Wow !! This company calls my house number, offer me a good deal. I set up appointment the very next day 3-5 pm after I get home from work. They call my cell around 1:40 pm, I cant answer so they leave a voicemail to call them because the Technician wants to come early. I call them after I get off work around 2:15 pm and the receptionist tell me the Technicians already came and departed and I need to reschedule. She stated they can't wait around for me because they started at 7am. That's some BS ...... my appointment was for 3-5 pm for a reason. Please loose my phone number

They were very quick and professional. I thought my damper was broken but thankfully I was just using it improperly. They could’ve tried to sell me a service but he simply showed me how it works and what I was doing wrong. I’m very appreciative of his expertise & efficiency. I will use them again. Also, Lynn was very pleasant and easy to get in contact with!
