In all my years of filing a tax return, I have never had an experience like I encountered with Jones Taxes & Financial Services. Very communicative and professional. They took their time and went through page by page to make it easy to understand. Their videos were also very thorough and everything was a step by step easy process. I must say this is by far the best company that I have dealt with.

Ms. Jones is very professional and knowledgeable, clearly knows her craft well. Received some useful insight into addressing some tax issues I am experiencing and will definitely implement. Looks like I found my accountant.

I went this company last year and they fix my taxes that was so mess up thank god for Mrs.Jones who help solve my issues and was on point and on time.
