    excellent customer service. i was having a lot of trouble getting set up and the staff worked very hard to get me walking out the door with my new phone. i am immensly thankful. the staff worked so hard and they deserve praise and recognition. again thank you so much. i wish i could give 10 stars!!

    I would not recommend this authorized retailer to anyone, please go to a corporate store. My service today was horrible. I came into the physical store to give this specific store business rather than process everything online.( I came to this location months ago and had so much help and insight and we were looking forward to that in person service again. ) The energy from the employees was so dry and low. Bad day? I came in for upgrades and adding new lines/devices but unfortunately didn’t get that far. I had a rep who didn’t even introduce herself, or seem personable whatsoever. Her attitude was incredibly rude and she made the transaction uncomfortable for my husband and I from start to finish. She went over absolutely nothing except how much I owed for the upgrade, and that there was no cube for my phone I was upgrading too. No breakdown of fees, changes to bills, current promos, here’s some hand sanitizer, how ya doing today… NADA.. nothing at all… after I paid, she just handed me a receipt, sat down and just sat there. I asked what the next steps were and her reply was rude, rude to where at that point, I no longer wanted help and wished I hadn’t just paid in the store for the upgrade. I left the store, went home filed a complaint and finished with upgrades/adding online with a more helpful rep. I dislike leaving bad reviews, but I dislike spending my money where it doesn’t belong even more and would hate for anyone else to run into the same issue.
