I signed up in December of 2018 for a ‘business’ phone plan and added my sister. We were told we would be able to upgrade to the newest phone model every year. Not true. I have family in other parts of the country who were also scammed during this time period with the same promotion. I’m not mad as the newest iPhone was a downgrade from the current one I own. Just disappointed by this companies dishonest sale practices.

So I trade in my iPhone 8s from tmobile for the iPhone 11max pro in November 2019. There was a promotional deal going on with FirstNet, they bought my phone for $700 and was supposed to credit the money to my new phone. It’s July 2020 I’m being told by everyone I spoke so far that nothing about thing this transaction in there system. The store is closed down and I’m stuck paying for two phones. Ive been calling calling FirstNet since March when realized that my bill haven’t changed since the three billing cycle they told to wait. There have been numerous cases opened up about this situation and no resolution. If I had known this is how FirstNet/ AT&T operate I would’ve stayed with T-mobile. As for as I’m concern FirstNet/AT&T is bunch thieves and I will never recommend them to anyone.

Trey provided me with outstanding customer service. Walked in with an existing phone, Trey broke down all of the plans succinctly. He did such a good job I went with the second tier prepaid plan (normally would have chosen first). He went out of his way to find me a phone number I liked and worked his magic on the plan I got. In the past twenty years, this is the best experience I have ever had with a cell phone plan. Thank you Trey - AT&T has a new loyal customer.
