This place changed my life. At 24 I was at death's door through alcohol and drug abuse. I left the hospital and came straight here in March 2010. After 12 weeks here I was clean and sober and learning how to stay that way through a 12 step programme and 12 step meetings. This place taught me where to go and what to do. Thanks to them I learned why I drank so much and why I always needed to change the way I felt. I still remember those lessons today and will be 3 years clean and sober next month. If you are looking for flooring, look no further. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and honest. I had carpeting replaced in my entire home and could not be happier. Top notch products and prices that can’t be beat!

Very disappointed. I have had carpets installed many times, my staircase and closets always had full padding, Falcone's does not pad closets, or powder rooms & partially pads steps. You can see tack marks on my steps, because of no padding. They incorrectly measured my bedroom, didn't have enough to do closet and I now have a few seams in my bedroom, because they had to piece it, which is not a big room! They had to order more carpet for my closet, which took over a month to have them install it,without padding, only after numerous phone calls and visits to the showroom. He will only take cash or check, no credit or debit cards, and you have to pay full upfront. So of course, I didn't have much recourse, since he already had all my money, even before the job was started.
Don't think i would recommend them.
