Please do not shop at the Willow Grove, PA location of Ashley Homestore. Terrible customer service. I bought furniture in October and delivery was supposed to be in early November. Still no furniture today when I paid full price. The manager had the nerve to call and say that we can have half of our furniture now, and I do not trust when I would receive the other half. This business gets a 0 rating from me. Buyer beware.

We had a complaint against our company in which the Better Business Bureau posted some serious allegations that a crime was committed at the customers property. This never happened. Weve made several attempts with the BBB to have the defamatory information removed with no cooperation. Unfortunately, a cease and desist letter needed to be sent to the client with possibility of further legal action. Which is unfortunate since there may be mental issues involved. But. if we pay to be Accredited the complaint can be removed. As per the BBB sales rep. SMH.

Belair direct insurance Omgosh the Worst!!! 5 weeks later we still have no idea what is going on with my claim!!! Since MVA on October 21, 2023 I have spoken Intact agents 1. Holley Ann 2. Donna 3. Daniel 4. Stacey 5. Logesh 6. David 7. Kyle 8. Roberta (2 times) 9. Sam All these agents tell me that Kelly Ann is my adjuster in Quebec will call before the end of day . Now it is November 21 st and still nobody has ever called to say what happening with my car? Intact took insurance $ out of my account on Nov 6 and so did Toyota take out my car payment? Sooooo my new car insurance and my new car payment are due at the end of this month!!! AS a Senior on a fixed income this is VERY UPSETTING SITUATION!!! I have emailed 3 documents to Kelly Ann that agents ask me to send and she opened all 3 documents 5 times before she forwarded them to New York City and they opened them 2 times each. And still BIGFOOT does not call!!! Sam even told me to stay off my phone for the whole day so as to not miss her call. Looks to me at this point, I have to hire a lawyer to deal with this nightmare! After 40 years claim free this is UNACCEPTABLE and DISRESPECTFUL to a 81 year old senior!! Belair direct just took over Johnsons and they are the WORST company to deal with & this is UNREASONABLE!!!

I re-adjusted my review back to the previous low rating since the BBB failed to make the adjustment to my BBB complaint as described below. I followed up via email as instructed but it seems the BBB had no intention of making the correction as promised.
