Nicole Miller Philadelphia

I took a chance on a dress that looked so beautiful online, but was final sale. After many discussions online with a staff member I decided I had enough info that the dress would fit. It was delivered to me Fed Ex the next day(I live an hour and half away)....and my biggest fear came true....it did not fit. The store offered an exchange but it had to be done that week because the store would be closing for renovations. I could not find anything else I liked and if I did the size was gone. I asked for a store credit to use at a later date, but was refused. I loved NM until this experience. I used to shop in the Philly store and loved the staff, so sad to see it close. I never returned anything before. It would have left me with a good feeling if I received at least a store credit. Plus the dress was not one of NM own but someone else they carry which I was not aware of. So sad to say they have lost me as a customer .:(

Today I shopped in Manayunk at the Nicole Miller store and the service was amazing selection was terrific I cant wait to go back and shop more.

My first impression was that the store is very clean, organized and filled with beautiful clothing and accessories. Staff was professional, helpful and friendly.

Mary and her team are always warm and genuine. Sam at the Manayunk store is great to work with and has just the right suggestion for your body type, outing, or a staple item for everyday dressing. Mary, you have been a great business mentor from afar and I admire you greatly.
