Stopped by to return a front brake which was mis-measured and sold to me a month back (understandable mistake), but had my second poor and inexcusably rude experience with the rather unpleasant older gentleman. Forced me to write my first ever internet review... I encourage fellow cyclists to shop elsewhere if your looking to buy an overpriced bike that was just recently bought off craigslist and had some new air put into the tires.

I have been going to this place for 19 years. They know me and my bike and have always done great repairs. They frequently don't charge me if it's something small or if a part they recently installed has a problem. The guys in the store have all been great. Some people have commented on the owner, Curtis. He has a very quirky sense of humor and you just have to go with it (or go elsewhere). He really is just trying to be funny, so you might find it helpful if you just lighten up. You can rib him back and it works.

The shop is a complete rip off, for everything. The mechanic is not good with people, hes a jerk, the sales guy is friendly, but he will rip you off, and charge your unspeakable amounts of money for old beater parts that they take off already donated/trashed bikes. Your better off going to ebay.

First bike shop that paid attention to what I needed repaired. Timely, affordable, and a pleasant experience. They took the time to work with me to figure out what type of tires would best fit my lifestyle - I like to do some off-roading on my mountain bike although it is primarily a commuter. After two years of living in the city I have a found a good bike shop.

Poor customer service, condescending attitudes. The bikes that they sell are ridiculously overpriced-I am all for supporting local businesses but there has to be a limit. you can find new bikes online for the price they are selling these 40 year old beaters for
