Bikes By Design

Honest, quality work, good communication. I stumbled across Bikes By Design and decided to wander in. Turned out to be one the best bikes shops I've been to in a while. I talked with Phil and he knew a ton about fixing and maintaining bikes, you could tell he cared. I ended up bringing my bike back to have it tuned up and ready for the racing season. Phill turned it around quickly and communicated / set expectations really well so I wasn't surprised when everything was done. I will be bringing all my bikes here from now on.

I'm grateful to have met Phil thur a friend cyclist who pointed me in the right direction. Phil was so knowledgeable of my Pinarello Prince. Can't wait to try out my 11-32 new cassette. Everyone should your bike. Thank you again Phil for the quality work.

Gave this place a call out of the blue to have my squeaky brakes and tires looked at. Have never been to the shop before but I was able to get my bike looked at within 30min of placing the call. So glad to have someone as knowledgeable and friendly as Phil to take time to check out my bike. He made some adjustments and tuning and couldnt be any happier about the results. His service and knowledge was nothing but satisfactory. No doubt Ill be back for sure for any bike needs! Thanks again Phil.

Saw the story of Bikes by Design on 6abc news mid-day. They mentioned that they repair old bikes. Decided to take my 20-year-old Fuji mountain bike down to see if it could be savaged. Phil was courteous, helpful and assured. Im not sure what I expected but when I returned, my dusty old bike was unrecognizable! It literally faded into the scenery with the brand new bikes on display in the high-end, tastefully designed showroom. I couldnt believe that my barely-used-dry-rotted-old-bike had been totally restored, cleaned, and oiled with new tires and total rejuvenation. Whitney was there (alongside the handsome little man) with a smile! Phils expertise and care was wonderful. I highly recommend Bikes by Design for your bike - old or new. They offer great products, great care, and most of all - courteous customer service. May God bless and prosper this business with longevity and fortune. with all the b.s of corp american companies claiming to provide superior customer service in their tasteless commercials, Bikes By Design, delivers it, in knowledgeable solutions and answers to every question, Phil knows his stuff about bikes, technical and practical information. I will not be taking my bike anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
