Ask for Summer!! She is so talented and really took her time on my hair, it came out the exact way i wanted it! The atmosphere in the salon is perfect, its very clean and all of the staff are super friendly!

I think the customer service here is really great. The front desk is always very nice but after going here for a few years I had to go somewhere else. I have very straight dark hair. I showed them a pic of a lavender hair color I wanted - I got a maroon color. I even came back for them to fix it but still looked nowhere near what I asked for. I came for makeup once and I looked way too pale. I came for an updo asking for the style that stylist did for a customer on IG and did not get it - said because my hair texture isn’t the same- but honestly it wasn’t a hard hair do and she had the same type of hair. Finally, the color of the dye would not stay on my roots and would wash out in like a week or two and wasn’t consistently covered. I thought it was just my hair but turns out (after going to another salon) they weren’t using the right products and doing the right techniques...I really wanted to like them but unless you are looking something simple like a few highlights and cut - maybe a blow out and some waves...I don’t think it’s the right place to be for more complex hair types.
