they blocked all of my accoiunts and closed my credit card account just because I did noit repond to a email to confirm my address of over 10 years , this was such a scary event to have your money FROZEN just for not complying with an update in their system , I WILL NEVER EVER BANK WITH THEM AGAIN

What a waste of time. A young agent did not know well how to do an international transfer so I literally had to guide her during it. They called me 1h later on to tell that their system failed to make a transfer and I had to come back to their office. Seriously ?! Would never go back to this office again.
