Awful service, especially from relationship manager Joshua E. Walker. What exactly is a relationship manager and why does a bank offer this service? Especially from someone who doesnt even understand how to communicate effectively with customers. Kept me waiting over 15 minutes, had an extremely condescending attitude, then disappears to get his manager because I was being too difficult (his exact words) and leaves me waiting until just before closing, purposely so I couldnt get the help I need. Way to go Bank of America - just when I think you couldnt get any lower with customer service you manage to outdo yourself.

What a waste of time. A young agent did not know well how to do an international transfer so I literally had to guide her during it. They called me 1h later on to tell that their system failed to make a transfer and I had to come back to their office. Seriously ?! Would never go back to this office again.
