Bank of America

Came in for a name update/correction... What a weird experience. Dim lighting, no staff visible, totally silent except for someone in a back office talking to a client on speakerphone. Someone materialized after 5 min and I got the name change done... Except that the middle initial was incorrect. Guy swore up and down that "it's right in the system" so I signed the document anyway. (I am hopeful -- but not confident -- that I won't come to regret that.) Oh and then I asked if I was going to get a new debit card, and he went ahead and issued me one without telling me that my current card would be cancelled instantly and it would take 7 to 10 days for the new one to arrive. Sigh.

Its the best bank office ever. Chidinma is very attentive and supportive in all my questions and matters. The office itself is new and you can comfortably wait for your appointment in the lobby. The staff is very polite, friendly and try to help. I love this bank and so glad I chose this office.

I had to take care of an issue, and not knowing that every single thing needed to be appointment only, I was able to get in that day. The teller entrance is on the south side, and the important mortgage-y appointment people are on the north side. Just a warning that you should call before you go in.
