I highly recommend using VU World for any of your low voltage/smart home technology needs. These guys are diligent, knowledgeable, and extremely experienced. I use their services on all of my new construction multi family projects. No one compares to the service and professionalism provided by these guys. The best in the business!

We hired VU World to install the 2nd phase of our Lutron system which included a Homeworks QS, multiple Sivoia QS roller shades (some very complex windows), and Lutron automated dimmers throughout the house. Vic and his crew are beyond professional and knowledgable. They were very respectful of our time and our house. I very much appreciate the time they have taken to ensure that we're beyond satisfied with our install. Additionally, Vic is helping me correct some issues with my phase 1 install which was done by a different vendor. I'll use them again for future work and would highly recommend them for your smart home needs.

We had a very unfortunate experience with this company, and cannot recommend them. We hired them to install a smart home, with security, audio visual and networking throughout the house. We paid a substantial amount for them to wire the house throughout while it was being built. Once the house was completed, they refused to return and ultimately stopped communicating with us. As we hired replacement contractors such as ADP and Magnolia we have found out that the work VuWorld did was incompetent and unusable. They have left us with unsightly holes in the walls with a spaghetti mess of wiring that is not connected to anything, is mislabeled and is costing us more money to work around. We have had to spend additional funds to completely rework the plans, in most cases using band aid technology to try to minimize the damage that this company caused. Do not hire them. Certainly not for anything of any magnitude.

We contracted with this company on the recommendation of our new home developer.  The product was to be a smart home, with networking capability throughout, security, and hard wired audio and visual (i.e. tv).  We paid them a healthy down payment, and paid them to pre-wire the house while it was being built.  Once the home was completed, they walked off the job, failed to return to complete the job and stopped communicating with us.  As we hired replacement contractors piecmeal,such as ADP and Magnolia, we have learned that the wiring they installed was not just incompetent and useless, but has added significant expense as the technicians have had to work around the mess that VuWorld left.  There are holes punched in walls that have to be repaired and unsightly plates installed.  The unnecessary stress they added as we tried to move into a new home is impossible to quantify.  The wasted money is not, though, and we will wind up suing them.  They were a complete disaster and do not deserve even the one star that Yelp requires they be given in order to get this review posted.
