        My family has been going to Rich and his guys for years. He is the definition of a professional. My "Thank You" note has been on his wall for years. Unfortunately, I will be paying him a visit this week since someone decided to jump a left turn and hit my car. Oh well...at least I know National Collision will have my car looking brand new again!
