Got in an accident, John T showed up at the scene and help steer, my husband and I in the right direction, he took our vehicle to Craigs, once our car was evaluated the body shop kept us informed and gave us updates on our vehicle. When we pick up our car it looked brand new like we just took it off the dealership lot. Thank you so much to all the people at Craigs and John T for being so helpful and informative! Thieves and scam artists. I recommend only the rich use them. These guys are so petty its embarrassing. Over charges my insurance 400 % but who cares except they had my car held hostage until the insurance finally paid. On top of that scratched my car and wouldnt fix it. You go to a body shop to fix scratches not buy new ones. Totally unprofessional and uneducated. I felt like I paid for the service and it was free. They made me do all the legwork gave me no updates and threatened to charge me if the insurance didnt pay. Lied on the labor, I never knew there was 69.1 hours in 2 days.
