Still waiting for my vehicle. They claim the parts are slow because of COVID. No communication with the car rental, so I had to return the rental...UPDATE(MARCH 12, 2022). Still waiting for my vehicle...4 months now. They said they are waiting for a front grill and hood that probably needs painting. They urged me to call the front office and inquire further...the saga continues.

If I could rate this place less than a one I would. This is quite possibly the worst company and customer service I have ever had to deal with. Avoid taking your car here at all costs. My car had a 10 day repair window and it took them 4 months to complete the jobs. On top of that lack of attention to ordering correct parts, customer updates and response to providing information and updates were never done, I had to call day after day to try and get anyone to answer the phone and give me some type of news or update which no regard or compassion for the length of time I had to find alternate transportation to work for FOUR MONTHS. The day I picked up my car it came out looking like hell. Scratches everywhere dash lights still on when a quality control check and inspection was completed that morning. Im cutting my loses at this point to avoid ever having to contact or work with Pacifico again. Choose neither auto body shop, youll save yourself a massive headache. Worst company I could have possibly chosen. Do not ever take your car here!!!!!!!!!

Need better communication. still waiting for the part the lady on the phone dont answer your question but when you ask for Manager Sergio oh I will leave a note and he will call you back but Never ever in weeks never called back form the manager. Every time call in same answer from the lady Who answer it nothing different.
