        Highly disappointed in this business and their lack of respect for previous customers and fellow neighbors. We've used A&M auto body twice. Once 2013 and around 2017 based on a recommendation from our mechanic at Superior Auto Body. Our past experience was great. Our current experience is a nightmare. We brought our car in July 17 and told we had a two week wait. Then we had a three week wait. Then, citing supply chain issues, we were told they're not sure but we're number one on the waitlist. Fast forward nearly six months, now we're number 3 on the waitlist with no end in site. When pressed they say they give preference to returning customers that pay cash. The lack of respect and communication is infuriating. Their office manager, Mary Anne, is mis-leading at best. At worst, not truthful. Service: Body & Trim
