Absolutely awful. Gutting houses on our block for the last year and shutting down the entire street, first without permits, now with permits. Shady as all hell, would not do business with these people ever.

I completely agree with Alicia. I tried to use Mr. Sebright for a big renovation job several years ago -- to say it was a disaster is an understatement. I lost the huge first payment given to start the project. Due to a short period with unsupervised incompetent demo workers, followed by a very long period of non-performance, the condition of the house deteriorated significantly. It was a mess. I was refused a refund of any of the upfront money. So, then had to find another company to take over and salvage the house and complete the renovation. Would give zero stars, but software does not allow that selection.

Put neighbors and workers in danger. No permits for work being done. Shouldn't be welcomed in any community.

I worked for this company from august of 2019 to November 2019 and in that time he stopped paying myself and most of his team with no warning or explanation. I would not work with him or recommend anyone else does.
