If I could I would give zero stars. These apartments are absolutely terrible and they have no concern for the safety of their residents. It takes 72 hours for emergency maintenance to respond which is unacceptable. There's been a constant issue with the door knob which poses a security threat and when maintenance attempts to fix it they do a piss poor job (pictures included). This is the third time in 3 months this has happened and this issue has yet to be resolved. I was assured my the property manager Denise that this would be resolved yesterday and still no resolution. I highly suggest not to rent from Forrest Village or Real Properties and because of numerous issues, safety concerns, I will not be renewing my lease. I hope this helps others so they won't be in the same position I am now.

Today was my second attempt to see this place and no one was there to show me. I made an appointment for 11:30 am. So unprofessional smh

I was scheduled for a 9:30a.m. appointment and upon arrival no one answered at the leasing office. I knocked on the door, I pressed the call intercom system that led me to the same automated system as the phone number and the intercom as no other numbered buttons to press for options as stated on the system. I called 3 different numbers and only called voice mails. I do not know how you can lease apartments and not have direct contact to anyone.
