The apartments themselves are very pretty with lots of light, however dealing with Sam and Dan (the building owners) was a nightmare. They made lots of promises trying to get me to sign the lease (such as discounting parking, the pet fee, and the rent) and then went back on their word when it came time to sign the lease (after I had already turned down my other renting locations to sign here). Oh well, I ended up just walking but I kept my pride. Buyer beware these owners are sleazy and have a history of being so (like how they kicked out all the long term tenants to give the building to a short term leasing company “stay alfred”. Since stay alfred went bankrupt they are managing the rentals themselves now.
