Living here for about 6 months now. Decent units, central HVAC, in unit washer/dryer, gym in basement with scant equipment, and most units get a parking space in the gated lot. Also has storage units in the basement you can rent but these were subject to mold for a while due to humidity. Not a bad experience so far, property manager and maintenance are reasonably responsive. Not happy about the area's electric unreliability. Building has a contract with Xfinity which is also a blunder. Tried getting FiOS upon moving in but was told it wasn't possible.

do yourself a favor and don’t move here. yes the kitchens look nice and the expose brick is nice but what they don’t show are the heroin needles outside, the homeless people that are always outside shooting up, fighting? throwing up everywhere, dedicating everywhere, the constant dog pee in the hallways and elevator, the fire alarms constantly being on, management being non responsive, the gate never working, super high fees in order to pay your rent online, overpriced units, the paper thin walls and the fact that you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors upstairs downstairs and on both sides are doing, the constant car break ins, the shootings and helicopters, no parking for your guests pretty much, and just the lack of care and disregard again by management. oh and the “nice” exposed brick walls are crumbling and falling apart and the mail are is constant MESS. seriously, save yourself the headache and find somewhere else. trust me.

Slumlords. They advertise themselves as “Luxury lofts” but they are anything but. We moved in during the end of construction phase and were told that our apartment would be move in ready at the start of our lease. Not at all the case. So many things were left unfinished and it took months to have everything addressed. In addition, the building itself was unfinished and our rent was not adjusted to account for the lack of guaranteed amenities. In some floors, the wood floor remains untreated, paint and brick is peeling, and large gaps in drywall are visible around many fixtures/installations (not at all luxury). The exposed brick wall looks cool in their pictures but it’s old and untreated and constantly leaves brick dust everywhere in the apartment. You and your pets will be breathing this in. And there is definitely lead paint involved. The ventilation is horrible. You can smell everybody’s apartment and what they are cooking or smoking. There are no exhaust fans at all, even in the bathroom. Electric bill is outrageous to heat or cool these apartments. Similarly, internet access is awful. Despite constantly talking to PECO, Comcast, and Odin properties I never got an answer or resolution on the poor internet. I was told by Comcast it had to do with construction and faulty wiring but Odin properties failed to assist. This made it impossible to do my job (working from home) with the internet constantly dropping. In addition to the disproportionately high rent (considering the apartment is in a poorly rehabbed old factory with paper thin drywall), communicating with management was nearly impossible. It would take several tenants to voice the same issue multiple times before the issue was remotely addressed, and then poorly addressed at that. The amount of mess that was left in our apartment after every maintenance request is just embarrassing. One worker stepped in white paint and tracked it all through our apartment. Finally, something is always broken or wrong. Someone’s smoke alarm is always going off (poor ventilation for cooking), the parking lot gate never works allowing all kinds of strangers on the property. There have been several instances of intruders, at least one occasion of a person with a firearm. Our car was broken into several times, stolen items, and one time someone tried to Hotwire our car. I would 1000% not recommend these apartments or this management group to anyone. Ever!
