Casa Farnese Apartments

Casa Farnese is an 18 floor apt building for seniors, 62 years and up. It is a non-smoking and small pet friendly building. The have one bedroom and studio apartments, and every apt has a balcony. There are many safety features geared to seniors. Activities are normally frequent depending on COVID. For seniors, it's a great, affordable and safe place to be. I know, I live here.

This place constantly has a thick layer of trash smell. I have attempted to contact the building manager several times but they refuse to clean their driveway.

The entire block smells like trash because of this place. They get their trash collected often but never clean up after.

The lovely garden outside is impossible to enjoy because the driveway is never cleaned and smells terrible from the leaks that happen during trash collection

The most rude staff in any profession i have ever dealt with. When my mother passed away on june 4th and her rent was paid until the end of the month all they wanted to know was when the apt. Would be cleaned out. Which i did by june 20th. They dont answer their phones and apparently dont listen to their messages. When i told them i would be down to pick up my mothers mail at the end of june they told me they had already notified the post office that my mother had passed and were not taking anymore of her although she had every right to receive it until the end of june. When i called and left a message questioning my mothers deposit all they did was send me a repeat letter. No verbal contact. Totally rude. Fast forward to august 28,they called and left a message that they had some mail of mothers and wanted to know what to do with it. I called and of course no one answwred so i left a message to hold on to it i would retrieve it at some point the following week. Drove all the way down there to be told the mail had been sent back to the post office. AGAIN try listening to your messages. Like i said no compassion or empathy for deceased tenats loved ones just get the apartment cleaned out for the next tenant. Wish i could give them a negative star rating. This correspondence is directed at helen and lauren in particular. Helen is just flat out rude and lauren only wants to speak to you when its convenient for her. My mother had just passed and i had a question but she didnt have time for several minutes because she was packing her husbands things for his golf outing. True compassion!!!!!
