        A slum run by slum lords. The property manager constantly changes. This property is infected with venom. The venom are in the walls. Property is not taken care of properly. Ceiling falling, drug dealers and drug activity through out the complex. Horrible record keeping. Falsification of documents. Horrible place to live.
