I was amazed at this small, relatively new restaurant I decided to visit on a whim. First, a huge smile spread my face as soon as I walked in. The dining room was very uncrowded and clean and welcoming. The art on the wall was tasteful and musically themed, which I thought was quaint. Our hostess was sweet and our waiter Kevin was very very nice and knowledgeable; he gave us very sound advice for choices and he was happy to get us anything we needed. The food came out incredibly quickly and it was beautifully presented and tasted so spectacular. This is no exaggeration: the crispy pork belly was the best plate of food I have every had in my life. The plates weren't crowded with stupid inedible garnishes or unnecessary starch. Everything complemented everything else. Best of all, most impressive, once we were done with our entrees, the chef and owner Mark came to our table to ask how the meal was. Once the check came, we were surprised again; my boyfriend and I agreed we would both have paid double what we were charged for the meal. It makes me so happy that such a young talented chef is doing so well and doing everything right. Please keep this restaurant going strong!! We will be back soon!!!
