Very disappointed with the customer service, dispatch refused to service a patient. Claimed she was a supervisor, but her attitude suggested otherwise. Will try never to use them again and will be having my company remove them as a provider.

I needed transport from my home to a local nursing home. My family was going away and I was unable stay home by myself. I called and made my reservation for respite care. The Social Worker recommend your company. Neither Chris nor Aries disappointed. They were on time much to the shock of the Nursing home. The nurse wanted your name and number to add to their contact list. We were very impressed with the professionalism. I'm not a small person but they had the lift for my wheeled chair and were able handle everything on their own.
