        I scheduled transport from the hospital to my home for 8 pm. By 9 I called to find that they would "try" to pick me up by 11. The hospital staff said they constantly late.

        They charged me 3 times normal rate for a short ride between hospitals. Fighting with them over the bill. Words cannot dscribe how bad these people are.
