I can honestly say, Bradford Long (owner) of Long's Refrigeration, went above and beyond to make sure my beverage fridge was fixed. I damaged the unit when moving it, and Bradford was able to diagnose and fix the unit. He did not stop until I was satisfied as a customer. He was prompt, had professional tools, wore a mask and booties in the home, and again, made sure the job was complete. I will absolutely use Mr. Long's company again and again for all future jobs both big and small. As he has the expertise to handle it all based on his extensive knowledge.

Mr. Long was very responsive and was able to fix my fridge quickly and for a very reasonable cost. He called me back on a Sunday, and the fridge was fixed by Tuesday night. None of the other places I called even had appointments available until later in the week. He took the entire thing apart to find the problem, and it turned out to be a small piece that needed replacing, so I didn't have to pay for anything unnecessary. He's also willing to explain what he's doing, which I like.I will say, he doesn't exactly do scheduling. It's more like you just keep "checking in" every few hours for updates, like "I just got up," "I'm driving to the parts store now," "Okay, I'm on my way." That was a little frustrating, but worth it to have someone who was responsive and able to come in the evening.

Long's Refrigeration was a pleasure to work with. At first, I wasn't sure if I should use this company or any company at all because my refrigerator is specific to my kitchen. I thought most repair people would tell me it would be cheaper to just buy a new one. After talking too Long on the phone it was clear that he is experienced. Mr. Long arrived quickly and fixed my fridge in less that 24 hours. Complete compressor change with ease. Thank you so much I will definitely be calling him again in the future for my other refrigeration issues. Side note he also worked with me on my budget and was very polite about it. Thanks again!
