TriValley Primary Care - Corporate office

I have been going here since I have a baby. Over the past 2 years when I have tried to make an appointment they have either canceled my appointments or they made it and later canceled because the doctor is no longer available. I tired to call for medicine for COVID and because they haven't seen me they marked me inactive in there system. The reason they have not seen me because the cancel my appointments. The people answering the phones provide little to no help and could not give me an answer of why im inactive. Very poor service.

Dr. Deborah Topakas is a disgrace to the medical profession. I would be surprised if she did graduate from medical school. She can barely handle a common cold. I would suggest anyone wanting GOOD medical care not to use Dr. Deborah Topakas and TriValley Primary Care. The choice for good doctors is plenty just not this group. The care I received was worse than if this was a third-world country. Malpractice is very close in my situation.

The unprofessional manner that this practice handles its hiring process is just horrific. My wife was hired came in for orientation on her birthday. The next day gets a call that she wont be starting the day after and then the day after that she didnt get the job. The have no compensated her for orientation. I also find it very odd that they do not do their own background checks and force the potential employee to do that themselves. I hope you treat your patients better than your potential employees. I am writing this as a concerned spouse and I feel she honestly dodged a bullet.
