Placed order at self service. One customer upset over lack of service. I do not visit McDonald's much at all. Overall experience was okay.

One crusty chicken finger in my $5 chicken sandwich...wouldn't have been worth the frustration of taking it back...it took 15 minutes just to get it.

Our experience here was good. The store was clean, the employees wore gloves, they were pleasant and efficient.
