My office orders from there occassionally...first time we tried the phone just kept ringing, and ringing... no one would pick up for over an hour, and we knew they were open. Second time we tried to order from there we actually go through and the food was good. The third time... we got through but when our orders got here they were wrong... and we tried to call them to let them know but they wouldnt answer their phones AGAIN! Its sad that a place that has great food has SUCH AWFUL service. They are going to lose business from a company of over 200 employees. How can you not answer your phone for over an hour. You are supposed to run a business, and you ignore your customers that you are supposed to value.
