We have used Brian Walters and Factotum on several renovation and maintenance projects at our home, including enclosing a 3 season porch, completely renovating our kitchen and replacing all of our windows. They have consistently done an excellent job. Their craftsmanship is great and Brian definitely stands behind what he does. Highly recommended for home renovation!

I needed all new windows in the front of my house. Luckily, Brian Walters was recommended to me. I called Brian and he came over to take a look at what needed to be done. From the moment I met Brian, I knew he was a person I could trust to give me good advice. I was not looking forward to the hustle and bustle of having new windows installed but Brian's people came in; did the work; and I hardly knew they were there. Brian and his team has done work on our historic house for over 10 years. Some of the jobs were small but two were significant. Brain Walter Factotum has remodeled our kitchen and our primary bathroom. We are delighted with both jobs. The kitchen in particular, is twice as spacious as it had been. The redesign lets in more natural light. Our refinished bathroom is a warmer and brighter space. Brian and his staff have been very responsive to and supportive of us, the few times we have needed follow up work. We definitely will be enlisting BW Factotum for our future renovations.
