Wonderful people to work with. Last year - 2020 - the pandemic caused problems and they were more than understanding & helpful. This year - 2021 - prior to our boarding experience, the family pet passed. Vixen Hall could not have been more caring & refused any compensation. While a bit more pricey than I was expecting, my cats got excellent care. The young couple who run the place sincerely care about the well being of the animals and their owners. They have a room where the cats socialize, and the dogs are walked daily. It's a beautiful farm, perfect for a kennel.
