My car was severly hit whilst cleanly parked unattended at a restaurant in coatsville and the assailant drove away and was never caught. I filed a police report and there was clear cctv footage which the police observed. I filed with SF through this branch to get my car fixed and frankly wasn't impressed. It didn't help that during a divorce they messed up paperwork on something that was very simple (me moving out of the family home) causing them to erroneously cancel insurance on the house completely. This made it look like an acrimonious act on my part. Nice. To top it off when I move insurers I was informed that this branch of State Farm had put my only claim (the hit in the parking lot) as an 'at fault' claim. Which it obvioisly was not and I had police statements and camera footage to prove it. Erbe wouldn't even personally respond to my complaint, instead shoving it onto the shoulders of one of her staff, poor lass. Avoid!
