This is the cutest little homestyle cafe. Located in our suburban Philadelphia neighborhood, the Whistle Stop offers a diverse, delicious, and an affordable breakfast and luncheon menu accompanied by top notch service. We planned a community swimmers' breakfast/birthday party at the Whistle Stop and Tina, the proprietor, and Stephanie, our hostess, bent over backwards to make our meal memorable. We loved the cafe's train decor with the train theme carried over to the menu items. While most folks can enjoy counter service, Tina sectioned off a large back room with tables that would accomodate our group. We appreciated the attentive service, fresh pots of very good coffee left at our tables, and the prompt delivery of our delicious breakfasts. I am a local childrens' book writer and Tina agreed to showcase my little train book in a prominent location for customers to enjoy. If you are looking for a cozy cafe, with exceptional service and delicious food at affordable prices, this is the place for you. We will definitely return.
