Dr U and his staff are absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Rude, cant get prescriptions right there should totally be a malpractice lawsuit brought against them. Thank god I found a new psychiatry

My family and I am going to see this clinic over over seven years we first came to follow our doctor Lou Anna Snyder about 2018 she left and I was afraid of these other doctors but Dr. A be great to my family and staff well They know my family I every well. Thank NorthHampton Medical Associates I have them 41/2 because Lou Anna is not there anymore or her Nurse Lisa

Most nurses here are very nice and accommodating. But the doctors, especially one in particular is incredibly condescending and impossible to work with. Definitely dont go here if youre in recovery. Asking for antibiotics because you have a visible infection makes you immediately a pill seeker. A nurse told me to go to the er instead of making an appt (because I needed antibiotics again) and I said Id rather not because places like that are rampant with covid. She said just wear a mask. Masks help to keep down the spread of covid. It does nothing to help against you contracting it. To supply three adjectives about the health care workers in this building, uninformed, rude, and condescending. Pick another GP.

My doctor barely listened to me about myself or my son. Every time I would call and ask for records for school or daycare they would tell me they lost them it happened 3 times now. When I asked them to make an appointment for another physical I was told I'd have to wait at least a year from the last one to make that appointment but they had no record of the last one of than what it was, they don't even know if I showed up for it...
