My old water heater died on me and I called Mr Waterheater hoping to get a replacement in the next couple of days. They were at my door in less than 2 hours. They were very professional, and told me exactly what everything was going to cost. The price seemed reasonable, and they were very efficient with the installation and cleanup.

My 18yo water heater finally broke this morning. When I called this company, they asked for the model and serial numbers of my old heater, whether my building had an elevator and several pictures of where the heater is located. Based on this information, they gave me an exact price I would have to pay; I really appreciated the clarity in this process and the fairness in their price. They were able to offer a same-day service and the compnay called me an hour before their arrival to let me know I should be expecting them. The workers were extremely professional, efficient and friendly. They were very knowledgable in their work and did not try to press for extra services. They were efficient and prompt in installing the heater even though the installation site was pretty crowded. They cleaned up the area thoroughly before they left.
