When I bought my home almost 10yrs ago, it was all original. I've now replaced almost 20 windows in 6mos & this morning the last set was installed in my four-season sunroom . EXTREMELY PLEASED! First, the sales pitch was... well, THERE WAS NONE! We had two other companies give us estimates prior to choosing Vynex. They were so complicating and dragged out. The one took over 2 Hrs and their price was $2000 more. The other wasn't as complicating and gave a better price but their's did not include trimming out the windows. Finally I found Vynex and Fred came to price it out. Was here and gone in less than an hour. No sales pitch. Just measurements and pricing. No shock over our tin pan framing that needed removed. And trimming the windows was included! What a stress-free experience it was. As for installation... Even better! Frank and John were here bright and early every single morning and worked efficiently, steadily, ongoing. I swear I doubt they ever took breaks or even lunch. I could hear the challenges they were having with our aluminum / tin pan framing coming out. Was a hassle. They never complained or cussed over it that I heard! And they were so careful to cover everything as best they could and cleaned up at the end of the day. Indeed, we have dust all over some of the furniture but that's to be expected. I was so impressed with how on the ball they were. They even had to work around our excavating. The entire left wall had a mound of dirt along it from the french drain being put in. And half of the back wall had no ground - was dug out to footer! Somehow they managed to deal with it and get those windows in, too. It only took them 3 1/2 days to completely remove 16 aluminum framed windows, install and trim the new ones! These guys are the most professional PRO's I've ever encountered. And so respectful, too. I can't say enough. As far as the windows go, they look super fantastic and are fabulously well made. You can tell these guys have been doing windows for decades. The company has things down to a science and doesn't need hype or fancy brochures to impress customers. We're SO GLAD we chose Vynex.
