Pizza hut is horrible now. They changed the recipe with the crust. It's no longer soft and flaky. The crust is thin and has the cardboard taste just like Dominos.

This place should be shut down. Horrible quality and service. The cinnabons were completely raw and the breadsticks were hard and over cooked. When I called back to tell them about this, I had to wait on hold 10 minutes and then they offered to credit me for the cinnabons on our next call. What??? So I have to pay for raw food?
