Does not respond to email promptly, the agent I speak to was Jamie Sentney. Base on that, I went with another insurance group.

Oh my goodness. I can't speak to filing claims with this company, so for all I know they are great with that aspect, but if you ever need to speak to someone at this company, lord help you. Their phone tree is impossible, and no, pressing 0 will not get you a live person. I am currently (FINALLY) on the phone with a person after literally 23 tries with their phone tree. All I need to do is change the payment card for automatic billing for our 3 policies. This is something you can easily do online for seemingly every other company in existence, but ha, not with this one. So here I am on the phone for literally 30 minutes while she changes the payment method for each of our 3 plans individually in the most painfully slow manner possible. How is it possible their software is so outdated? This is something that should take 2 minutes tops. I literally updated our automatic payment card online for 16 other accounts in the first 10 minutes of this call. Yet here I am still waiting for the them to finish this one. It's utterly ridiculous. Now after a 30 minute call I have to print out 3 forms, sign them, scan them, and email them back. This is just nonsense.
