Mercer Bucks Cardiology

I went in for a pacemaker check. I waited an hour for the Dr. When he came in he was literally in there for 2 mins. Going by his paper I couldn't keep up bc he was going so fast. So I had to wait an hour for 2 mins with me? Really? I left another review and its not on here at all.lets see if this one goes on the website. My other review wasn't positive either. My other drs nurse was very rude to me one the phone. She actually said "let me finish" i didnt know I had 2 different drs there.I will be checking for this.

Regarding the Newtown office on Pheasant Run. I was completely dissatisfied with how they treated me someone who is healthy and just needed a few tests. But what really bothered me was how they treated my father-in-law who is in his 90s. They never remembered him. They treated him curtly. And he asked to go to another cardiologist. The new cardiologist remembers his name jokes with him and treats him like a human being.

Rude staff! Had a follow up telehealth appointment. I returned a call to connect with my doctor. I could not transfer straight to my doctor calling back so I connected with the front desk. They all refused to connect me and said they were going on lunch and then hung up on me making me miss my appointment.

I went in to this facility after waiting for a month for an appointment and had a nuclear stress test. The test seemed to go fine. The lady at the front desk was a bit unfriendly but other that that the staff seemed good and after 4 hours I was done. My test was ordered because my doctor saw something that concerned him on my ekg. My test was on 11/21/22. I have made numerous phone calls to my doctors office and this testing office as I have not received any results. Today is day number 16 and when I called this office today and exerted a little bit of pressure to them they looked for 20 minutes and could not find my results or even that I was there for a test. After some more waiting someone else "found" the results and said they will be sent over to my doctors office. I told them I wanted them emailed to me also. They refused and got upset with me that I was pressuring them to email me the results so that I could hand deliver them to my doctor. I pay for the test along with my insurance company and they lost my results and now want to fight me on getting the results. I am going to call Capital Health as they are under the C.H. umbrella. I would recommend a different office!
