This review is two part : We waited 3 Seasons to give a credible review. Without a roof, you have no home. Mr. Lazar is courteous, diligent, and a master in the roofing trade. The estimate process was thorough and left us with confidence. All work was done on schedule and completely cleaned up. We have had 8, EIGHT, VIII, failed roof jobs! We are finally confident that our house is complete, and our roof along with gutters are professionally installed.Typically by this time with previous roofs, somewhere would have leaked even if only a little bit from the other jobs. However, we are solid ! The temperature remains consistent throughout the house and zero signs of leaking. We highly recommend United Veterans Roofing. Part two : A family members roof was puddling severely. They called various Roofing companies and received many different solutions with astronomical pricing. Some of the estimates were not even legal for residential properties. My family member recalled we recently got a new roof and inquired with me about it. The estimate was scheduled and Mr. Lazar was there within 24 hours. He performed numerous tests and surveyed the roof of the property. Each step of the estimate was explained (the property has an addition which has been the ongoing problem). His recommendation made the most sense, was the most cost effective, and independent from the other estimates. This is a twin home, flat roof, with addition. Day 1 was removal of debris and faulty/ flaking patch work. All done meticulously and documented. Day 2 a self sealing, self leveling, Silicone Roof complete with a 50 year transferable warranty was installed. No additional maintenance required ! My family is relieved and elated that the 60 year nightmare associated with this houses roof is finally over. [ To conclude, I have a big family and my Sister will be contacting Rich early Spring of '23. I couldn't have asked for a better job. Very professional and timely. These guys are seriously good. My project wasn't simple. I have a dome roof, copper and a complicated draining system. They handled all with zero issues or concerns. I met with other roofers prior to hiring United Roofing and I'm so happy I choose them.
