Gene has been nothing but excellent. We had a tax issue with an online store and he spent over 45 minutes with me on the first day talking me through how we should proceed, without asking for any charge. He worked with me and we went through two years of taxes refiling within 2 months. He was quick, organized, professional, and best of all, he is a wonderful guy. He is able to sort through tons of information, no matter how confusing, to give you the best return possible. He even presents everything in an organized folder with envelops to send payments to the IRS. I have recommended him to anyone I know who has tax issues and am looking forward to using him again for 2018 taxes. He was a true savior when we needed help!

I called Gene with a few questions about my tax liability. Without taking a dime, he gave me a very thorough explanation of what I should expect. I didn't expect this at all, but I will definitely be hiring Gene to do my 2018 taxes. He was both extremely knowledgeable and generous with his time.
