Newtown Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners

I called up 3 weeks prior to the service to schedule. The day of service, about a 1/2 hour before service, they canceled on us. This was upsetting. They also additionally mentioned that they couldn’t serve us till 4 days later. When we gave pushback on that they immediately said they had an appointment for the next day. We took it. We received confirmation of the appointment. The following day they canceled again. We mentioned to them that it was unacceptable to cancel on us 2 days in a row with short notice. They then tried to tell us that we canceled on them the 1st time ( which we did not) and then they changed the story on us that we did not have a confirmation . When provided the confirmation number they were even persistent that they did not cancel and that we did. I will never be using this carpet cleaning service again. My carpets look brand new! I paid the price quoted to me on the phone. The technician arrived on time and worked hard to remove stains in the carpet. Well worth the price and great job!

I was scheduled for a 9am appointment and at 8:45am Cliff arrived, Huge Plus! Cliff was very professional and thorough with my upholstery cleaning, a real asset to the company. It took him approximately an hour to clean our sofa, loveseat, & single chair. I will definitely use them again! Job Well Done! 👍🏾👍🏾

Cliff was extremely professional! I had some stains in my couch that were really bothering me, and he got them all out. My couch looks brand new and smells so clean. Worth every penny!
