They did a great job, but they are a little pricier than options around. I had my two winter peacoats cleaned and they came back looking great.

I can't tell you with a lifesaver Kari was to my sister and I on Saturday. She is my new hero. My sister had a major wardrobe malfunction 2 hours before her daughter's wedding. We were frantic and called Kari to help out - she was literally closing for the day in 15 minutes but came to the rescue and was able to put a new zipper in and stayed late and finished 45 minutes before the wedding!  If she had not come through for us my sister would have had to wear just a plain black dress. We got the dress to my sister at the wedding venue and she looks gorgeous and felt like a million dollars. I have always used Kari for our tailoring and cleaning over the years and have always been more than happy with everything she has done for us! I always recommend her to anyone looking for a great tailor!

Keri is an amazing person and business woman! She rescued me when we rushed in 10 minutes before she was scheduled to close. I was getting dressed for my daughters wedding when the zipper broke. She tried to repair it to no avail. She then replaced the zipper and I was able to wear the gown in time for the ceremony! Her kindness and professionalism were extremely appreciated!
