Weve had Top Notch come twice now to remove trees on our wooded home lot. They have been very professional and did quality work each time. Josh has come out ahead of time to look at the trees and discuss which ones we should take down to keep the house safe. We highly recommend them!

This company had done work before for us and we were very satisfied, so when we needed trees trimmed again we wanted to hire them again. When we finally reached them on the phone, they came out the following morning to give us an estimate. Nothing was written down, (maybe that should have been our first clue) just by word of mouth saying you're on the list that they would come mid to end of October. By October 31st, we didn't hear from them so we called again to make sure they were still going to do the job. The reply was that they would be out the following morning at 8:30. They never showed. (We thought maybe because of the rain we had gotten Monday night.) We had made several more attempts to contact them but they never returned our calls. If they didn't want to trim our 2 trees, out of common courtesy, they could have called us back to tell us so we could get someone else. To us, that is just bad business practice and we probably won't try to use them again and they probably don't care. Thumbs Down!!!
