Well, Frank took my $25K deposit and that was it. After that any attempted communication failed. I did not get any response back. I was hoping to resolve this before taking any legal steps.

This is an update to my review from 10/16/2017. First, I want to say that after 4 years, we are still very happy with the bathroom. The only problem I found was the use of grout instead of caulk between the tile and the shower base. The grout has chipped off, so I replaced the grout with caulk, which should have been used to start with. That's a pretty minor problem.Looking back, we did have one other issue. When it came time to pay, Frank told us "we went over the budget for fixtures", so we had to pay more. You could say this was our fault because we never asked what his budget was, but, then again, he never told us we had a budget. Just make sure you know your budget for fixtures.Once again, except for the minor issue with grout, we are very happy with the results after 4 years.
